  1. Web Developer
  • Track What Matters is seeking a talented web developer to be a part of the development team of Track What Matters. This individual will be working to help code web applications mostly built with PHP and Javascript with a database driven back-end (MS SQL/MySQL).  Ideal candidates will have a can-do-it attitude, passion for technology, extensive PHP5/MS SQL/MySQL development experience, and will be able to get up to speed quickly.Required Skills
    * PHP5+ – Candidate should be an excellent PHP5 developer, familiar with the latest features in PHP 5.2.X and 5.3.X.
    * Experience with web-development using PHP, HTML/DHTML, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript
    * Experience with MVC frameworks (Codeigniter, Struts, Zend, CakePHP, Symfony, Rails, Django, etc.)
    * Expert level Javascript development will be necessary. jQuery experience preferred.
    * Object Oriented Development Background – Ideal candidates should understand object oriented development, and apply the concepts to all they do.
    * Working knowledge of MS SQL & MySQL – both SQL query language and database structure/design
    * Experience with data interchange formats and technologies such as XML, JSON, SOAP, etc.
    * Develop new and update existing code individually and in a team environment
    * Must be able to effectively work on multiple projects concurrently
    * Strong organizational and time management skills
    * Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
    * Excellent problem-solving & interpersonal skills
    * Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, take direction well,  and be able to learn new technologies if need
