When I came into the job, the company did not have an adequate system in place to be able to fully track positioning of the vehicles. After I told them that I couldn’t do my job without some sort of change, that’s when we installed GPS tracking solutions from Track What Matters. We must know where our buses are at all times. The child transportation industry has a mandatory speed limit of 65, and we can enforce this behavior through Track What Matters by monitoring vehicle speed limits and taking corrective actions of its drivers if the need arises. If I can’t find it myself, TWM usually has what I need within 20 minutes. If I leave this job, I’m taking Track What Matters with me.
