AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING 2G SERVICE

Track What Matters has been notified that AT&T has made the decision to gradually phase out their 2G service in order to pursue other business interests. This, unfortunately, negatively impacts many of our valuable customers, as many devices in the US use the 2G networks. AT&T will not be providing support for this transition, but we will be working to make the transition as smooth as possible for all of our impacted customers.

A transition to a device or SIM card that is not 2G GSM may be required for present customers who have devices operating on the 2G network. We can help you with this process. We will be happy to walk you through the options available to you if any device changes are necessary.

The most up-to-date schedule of 2G service turn-downs can be found in our recent service bulletin. Please be informed that AT&T will turn down ALL 2G services for the zip codes listed and that AT&T will no longer provide 2G service is these areas. More zip codes will be added as their scheduled turn-down dates are made available to us. Please check back for further updates. If you have any questions regarding the transition or are unsure if the change applies to you, please give us a call at:
