TWM Employee Spotlight: Jeanne Denmark

This month’s employee spotlight is Jeanne Denmark, our Office/Project Manager. Jeanne has actively improved the customers’ experience with Track What Matters for over six months. Jeanne was hired because of her amazing experience in customer service and a great ability to keep things organized.

Jeanne tells her favorite “saved the day” story: “One afternoon during a meeting I receive a call from a perplexed customer who had tracked his devices that we had shipped.  He was frustrated because we had shipped his devices to an incorrect address. I saw, while confirming the package on UPS’s website, that I was able to intercept the package and have it re-routed to the client’s correct address. This was exciting to me because I was able to provide our client excellent and immediate customer service while saving the company money simply  because of previous and extensive research, comparison and ultimately switching from FedEx to UPS! That’s a great example of a huge ‘win’ for our clients, which makes me very happy.”

Denmark’s definition of a perfect weekend is spending time with her family while making great memories.  When asked what her favorite breakfast cereal is and why, she replied, “Well of course, Cookie Crisp. Eating it makes me feel like a kid again!”
