Having worked at Track What Matters for 1.5 years as a Customer Care Lead, Michael Foley brings eight years of experience from the retail/service industry. “I believe I have a strong customer focus that helps me to view things from the perspective of the day to day user, and I like how TWM views each customer, no matter how big or small, as the most valuable customer we have.”
When asked about his definition of a perfect weekend, Michael said, ” I enjoy taking a Saturday morning trip for donuts with my wife and daughter, attending Saturday evening church service, and having an open Sunday for whatever we want.”
